Our store

Ziman Gift is a handmade gifts shop run by Maliheh / Ziman, based in Sydney. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies it is included in the stated price unless we say otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm by email when we accept it. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken if we do.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available. Domestic shipping is a flat AUD $20 per order unless checkout says otherwise for that order. Delivery times are estimates; handmade and postal delays can happen.

No change-of-mind refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or returns. We do guarantee sound delivery: if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or fix. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Intellectual property

Product photos, descriptions, and designs on this site belong to Ziman Gift or our licensors. Purchasing an item does not transfer rights in our photos or designs.
